Blake Calabrese, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Blake Calabrese, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with nearly a decade of experience in plastic surgery. She graduated from Wichita State University’s Physician Assistant program in 2015 after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon. Originally from Oregon, Blake has dedicated her career to plastic surgery and has been a valued member of Dr. Beale’s practice since 2017. She works closely with patients in both the surgical setting and in aesthetic medicine, specializing in cosmetic injectables including Botox and dermal fillers. Known for her attention to detail and patient-centered approach, Blake is committed to delivering natural, refined results.

Brittany Cooper
Surgical Care Coordinator
Brittany Cooper is a dedicated nurse, U.S. Air Force veteran, and breast cancer survivor whose career has been shaped by service and resilience. After earning her LVN license and completing her bachelor’s degree in Human Services at UNT Dallas, Brittany’s life took an unexpected turn with a breast cancer diagnosis in 2024. She emerged cancer-free in 2025, carrying forward a renewed sense of purpose and compassion rooted in her own experience as a patient.
Since Brittany joined Dr. Beale’s practice, she has stepped into what she considers the most meaningful role of her career, advocating for and supporting breast cancer patients through every stage of their journey. Her unique blend of clinical expertise, lived experience, and genuine empathy allows her to build strong, trusting relationships with the individuals she serves. Outside of work, Brittany is a proud wife, mom to a teenage son, and devoted English bulldog owner.
Taylor Shelton
Cosmetic Patient Coordinator
Taylor Shelton is a medical professional with a strong commitment to patient care, professionalism, and continuous growth. Known for a detail-oriented and compassionate approach, Taylor brings both clinical expertise and a calm, confident presence to the workplace. Outside of work, she values family life, balance, and fitness which helps inform her well-rounded and driven approach to her career.
Natalie Duvall
Front Office Coordinator
Natalie Duvall is the Front Office Coordinator, where she is dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience from the initial consultation through every stage of care. A graduate of Texas A&M University and proud Highland Park alumna, Natalie got her degree in Communication and has a passion for aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery. Her background in health communication has fostered a strong commitment to patient education, thoughtful communication, and individualized care. Known for her warm and attentive approach, Natalie strives to ensure every patient feels informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their experience with the practice. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her friends, relaxing with her dog, and baking sweets for the office.
